About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Inside Sales Executive to join our team and help customers with our tax, GST, ITR and compliance-related services.

You will primarily work with company-generated leads, connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and email, understand their requirements, explain the relevant services and convert interested leads into customers.

This is an office-based inside sales role where strong communication, consistent follow-up and the ability to close sales are important.

What You'll Do

· Contact and follow up with leads received through the company's lead-generation channels.

· Communicate with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.

· Understand customer requirements and explain relevant services such as GST, ITR, NGO registration, 12A/12AB, 80G and other tax/compliance services.

· Follow up regularly with interested and pending leads to improve conversions.

· Handle customer questions and basic objections professionally.

· Maintain complete and accurate lead information in our in-house lead management software.

· Update lead status, follow-up dates, conversations and sales outcomes regularly.

· Ensure genuine leads are followed up with on time and no opportunity is missed.

· Convert qualified leads into paying customers.

· Generate additional leads through suitable sales/outreach activities when required.

· Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding and successful completion of the sales process.

· Work toward daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

· Maintain basic sales reports and communicate progress to management.

What We're Looking For

· Good communication skills and confidence while speaking with customers.

· Comfortable communicating through phone, WhatsApp and email.





· Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

· Comfortable working with computers and software.

· Willingness to learn our in-house lead management software.

· Positive attitude and willingness to work toward sales targets.

· Ability to understand customer requirements and explain services clearly.

· Consistent, punctual and professional approach to work.

Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:

· CA / Accounting / Compliance Services

· Financial or Professional Services

Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with robust communication and a willingness to learn.

What We Offer

Fixed Salary + Commission: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 fixed salary per month + sales commission. Your earning potential increases with successful sales performance.

Company Laptop: A laptop will be provided for your work.

Training: Training on our in-house lead management software and the services you will be selling.

Sales Commission: Earn additional income based on successful sales.

Punctuality Bonus: Eligible employees can earn a punctuality-based bonus as per company policy.

Late-Sitting Payout: Approved late working hours are eligible for an additional payout as per company policy.
