Role Description:

- Generate new enquiries and follow up with existing clients.
- Prepare quotations and sales orders.
- Follow up on payments and pending orders.
- Coordinate sample dispatch and customer follow-ups.
- Conduct client meetings, both online and during sales visits.
- Attend exhibitions, conferences,



and business events.
- Maintain robust client relationships.
- Prepare weekly sales and activity reports.
- Maintain certification and sales documentation.
- Manage and maintain the sample room.
- Report sales activities and updates to management.
- Complete and maintain KRA & KPI records.

Qualifications

- Ability to understand and explain technical products
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in basic business communication, presentation, and documentation.
- Comfort with on-site client visits within the region as needed.
- Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing sales is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic computer skills, including use of email, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
