REDTRONIC LLP is the Indian branch of REDTRONIC, specializing in automotive detailing, paint protection, surface protection, and professional car-care solutions. We are expanding our sales network across India and are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi.

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented and energetic Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, manage existing customers, and promote our automotive products and services.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong interest in sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, workshops, detailing centers, car-care businesses, and other automotive customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Visit potential customers, distributors, retailers, workshops, detailing centers, and automotive businesses.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Present and promote company products to prospective customers.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Ensure proper product presentation and maintain a professional company image.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in automotive, car detailing or related industries will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales activities.
- A valid driving license is required.
