About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech, FinTech, loans, insurance, career counselling, education, financial services, SaaS, or other customer-focused industries.

You should be an excellent communicator who can understand customer requirements, build trust, handle objections, follow up consistently, and convert qualified leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate product/service.
- Explain product/service benefits clearly and confidently.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer objections and resolve concerns effectively.
- Negotiate and close sales within the defined sales process.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Track personal sales performance and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Participate in sales training, team meetings, and performance reviews.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in EdTech, FinTech, loans, insurance, career counselling, education, financial services, SaaS, or similar industries is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Additional regional language skills will be an advantage.
- Strong convincing,



negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and conducting regular follow-ups.
- Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a sales team.
- Graduate degree is preferred.

- CRM discipline and reporting

Compensation Salary: Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives.

The final compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience, previous sales performance, and ability to consistently deliver against targets.
