Role Description: This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting site visits, and presenting SPC and vinyl flooring, as well as interior renovation solutions to prospective clients. Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound inquiries, preparing and following up on quotations, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline using appropriate tools or CRM systems. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with homeowners, architects, contractors, and commercial clients, coordinating closely with design, operations,



and installation teams to ensure accurate project requirements and smooth execution.

The Sales

Executive will also conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and contribute to promotional activities or local events to support brand visibility and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing in B2C and/or B2B environments.
- Strong client relationship management and customer service abilities, with a focus on understanding needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with interior, construction, or building materials (flooring, fit-outs, renovation) and the ability to read or interpret basic layouts is preferred.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English and local languages, with the ability to explain technical or product details clearly.
- Solid organizational, time management, and follow-up skills, including maintaining accurate records and sales reports.
- Comfort with using mobile apps, spreadsheets, or CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Ability to work on-site, travel for client meetings and site visits within the Delhi-NCR, and adapt to a field-driven schedule.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience in home improvement or interiors is a strong advantage.
