We are looking for a confident, target-driven, and proactive Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth in the Commercial Interior / Interior Fit-Out industry.

? Experience: 1–4 Years

? Industry: Commercial Interior / Interior Fit-Out / Construction

? Location: Noida Sector 65

? Working Days: 6 Days

? Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

? Key Responsibilities• Generate current business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities for commercial interior fit-out projects
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, architects, consultants, designers, and developers
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design & estimation teams
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, tenders, and potential clients
- Negotiate with clients and convert leads into successful projects
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups





✅ Requirements• 1–4 years of sales experience in Commercial Interior, Interior Fit-Out, Construction, or related industry

- Strong lead generation and cold calling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English – verbal and written communication is important
- Confident in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Good understanding of commercial interior projects and costing/quotations will be an advantage
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive personality
