Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls from international customers interested in company products or services

- Maintain call records and regularly update CRM systems
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Freshers with strong communication are welcome (prior sales experience is a plus)
- Valuable listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM tools
- Flexibility and willingness to work in night shifts
