Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our electrical showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable electrical products, generating sales, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their electrical product requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, prices, and warranty details.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
- Handle sales enquiries and convert enquiries into sales.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately.
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and well-organized.
- Keep updated knowledge of electrical products, brands, prices, and offers.
- Coordinate with the store/warehouse team regarding product availability and delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and pending orders.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, electricians, contractors, and dealers.
- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.




- Support promotional activities and current product launches.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in an electrical or hardware showroom.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products and their applications.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to explain technical product information in simple language.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/inventory software is preferred.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
