location and amenities Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales activities in CRM and also update in sales sheets Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a smooth sales experience Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, loan processing, and booking procedures Achieve assigned monthly sales targets Ensure consistent follow ups with prospect customers and also update accordingly in CRM.
