Shift Timing

Night Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Experience

- Freshers with calling experience can apply
- Candidates with prior sales or calling experience are preferred

We are looking for an intelligent, confident, and communicative Sales Executive / Sales Associate to handle international B2B sales. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls with global clients via Skype, coordinating smoothly with internal teams, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound sales calls to international clients via Skype, WhatsApp, and

Instagram

- Generate leads through Skype, Instagram, and other digital platforms
- Understand client requirements for customized jewellery designs




- Communicate client briefs clearly with CAD designers and internal teams
- Ensure smooth and professional communication between international clients, sales team, and internal departments
- Present products and customized solutions confidently
- Convert leads into confirmed sales and long-term clients
- Maintain accurate communication records and client details
- Coordinate with production and design teams for timely order execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Prior calling experience is required
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate smoothly with CAD designers, international Clients, and sales team.
- Confident in handling international B2B clients
- Willingness to work in the night shift
- Proactive, intelligent, and target-oriented
- Willing to learn about customized jewelry and gemstones
- Basic computer knowledge
