Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound and inbound calls to convert leads into successful sales.

- Explain and pitch stock market-related services to prospective clients.

- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent customer engagement.

- Address customer queries and objections with a solution-oriented approach.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.

- Coordinate with team leaders and regularly report on progress and performance.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in Sales executive/Voice Process, preferably in a financial or stock market domain.

- Knowledge: Basic understanding of the stock market and Demat account opening is essential.

- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

- Positive interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
