Food Technologist

Equivalent qualification in a relevant field

### Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and customer follow-ups.

Handle customers through phone, WhatsApp, email and other online platforms.

Visit existing and potential customers for business development.

- Handle customers from beverage, bakery and ice cream industries.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.

Identify and understand customer problems related to flavors, beverages, bakery products and ice cream applications.

Coordinate with the technical/R&D; team to help solve customer application and product-related problems.

Conduct customer visits, product discussions and sample trials when required.

Collect customer feedback and coordinate internally for suitable solutions.

Explain company products and solutions to customers.

Coordinate with the back-office, technical and production teams for quotations, samples and orders.

Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.

Maintain customer visit and sales records.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Problem-solving and customer-handling ability.

- Interest in the food, beverage and flavor industry.

Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Positive attitude and confidence in dealing with customers.

Freshers with a strong interest in sales, food technology and business development are encouraged to apply.

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Field Work: Yes – customer visits and business development
- Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Ahmedabad
