Role & responsibilities

Generate current business through field visits, references, networking, and digital leads.

- Meet homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, electricians, and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home automation solutions.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and explain the benefits of Maru Smart Home products.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up consistently with leads until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site visits, installations, and after-sales support.
- Attend exhibitions, trade events, and networking meetings to generate business.
- Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Confident presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.




- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM software, and email.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

- 1 to 3 years of sales experience.

Experience in electrical products, electronics, automation, consumer durables, or real estate is an advantage.

- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong learning attitude may also apply.
