About the Role

Maunag Food Company Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.

We are particularly looking for candidates with 3–4 years of sales experience in the frozen food or meat industry , especially in:

- Frozen food products
- Sausages and processed meat
- Frozen chicken
- Frozen fish
- Frozen meat products

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Build and expand distributor networks.
- Manage sales across B2B, HoReCa, retail, distributors and other channels .
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service.




- Contribute to the company's expansion across Bengaluru and Karnataka, with plans for Pan-India expansion .

Candidate Profile
- 3–4 years of relevant sales experience in frozen food, sausages, frozen chicken, fish, meat or related FMCG/food products.
- Any graduate qualification.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Experience in distributor development and current customer acquisition will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Compensation Salary + attractive incentive margin will be provided.

Compensation will be decided based on the candidate's current salary, experience and suitability for the role.
