Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Estimation Manager – HVAC to lead project sales and estimation activities for commercial and industrial HVAC projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in VRV/VRF and Chilled Water Systems, along with the ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals, coordinate with clients, and convert enquiries into successful project orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for HVAC contracting projects in commercial and industrial sectors.
- Handle complete estimation and tendering activities for VRV/VRF and Chilled Water projects.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, technical proposals, and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations.
- Negotiate commercial and technical aspects with clients to secure orders.
- Coordinate with the Design, Projects, and Procurement teams for smooth project handover.
- Maintain solid relationships with consultants, architects, PMC,



contractors, and corporate clients.
- Track enquiries, quotations, project pipeline, and sales targets.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with client requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC Sales & Estimation within an MEP/HVAC contracting company.
- Proven experience in handling VRV/VRF and Chilled Water HVAC projects.
- Experience in commercial and industrial building projects is mandatory.

Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment selection, and project costing.
- Ability to interpret HVAC drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Commercial awareness with strong analytical and estimation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and HVAC estimation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict submission deadlines.

Preferred Industry Candidates from reputed HVAC/MEP Contracting Companies with hands-on experience in commercial and industrial HVAC projects will be preferred.
