With indigenously developed solutions such as Checkweighers, Case Erectors, Case Packers, Palletizers, Secondary Baggers, VMCs, and Conveyor Systems, we continue to expand our footprint worldwide—and we’re looking for a driven Sales Engineer to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers and projects while retaining existing accounts

Generate sales leads, identify opportunities, and consistently meet sales targets

Develop strong technical understanding of products and solutions

Track market trends and forecasts to support sales strategy

Maintain and manage sales records efficiently

Build strong relationships with engineering consultants, end users, and system integrators

Support sales budgeting, pricing, and performance reviews

Represent Warade PackTech at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings

Negotiate contracts,



terms, and conditions

Collaborate with design, engineering, production, and R&D; teams to customize solutions

Understand client requirements, prepare technical configurations, and support solution design

Attend after-sales service calls when required

? Desired Candidate Profile

1–2 years of experience (preferably in packaging automation / industrial machinery)

Diploma or Engineering background (PG/MBA in Marketing is a plus)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Positive time management with ability to work under pressure

Commercial awareness with technical and negotiation skills

Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and digitally savvy
