- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Knowledge of ERP, SAP Software.

- To handle Contemporary Trade accounts like Big Bazaar, Spar, Dmart, Metro Cash Carry etc.
- Making Performa Invoice for Modern trade accounts and coordination with buyers for purchase orders.
- Forwarding POs to factory and follow-up for timely dispatch of stock and to ensure stock reaches warehouse and retail stores on time.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports




- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
- To prepare all MIS related to Sales
- Manage CRM & MIS for analysis & reviews
- Prepare monthly presentation for reviews
- Schedule meetings at various levels & regions for Sales
