- Manage dispatch and logistics coordination.
- Coordinate with dealers, customers and the Sales Team.
- Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups and lead generation.
- Handle emails and messages related to customers and services. Preferred - Experience in Customer Service, Service Support, Dispatch or Logistics is preferred.
