Shakti is India's first gynaecologist-led hormonal weight loss platform for women. We're building a doctor-led, data-driven approach to sustainable weight loss — currently scaling from pilot to full public launch. Role is open to Part-time & Full-time basis.

The Role

We're looking for a target-driven telesales professional to own consultation-to-program conversions. You'll be the primary voice guiding leads from initial interest through to booked, paid consultations — and beyond, into program sign-ups.

What You'll Do

- Convert inbound leads (WhatsApp, calls, assessment submissions) into booked consultations
- Drive consultation-to-program conversion through structured follow-up
- Own your pipeline — track, prioritize, and close without hand-holding
- Handle objections confidently (pricing, hesitation, comparison to competitors) using approved scripts and positioning
- Report performance against clear weekly/monthly targets

What We're Looking For





- 5+ years in phone sales / telesales — healthcare, wellness, or subscription sales background preferred
- Proven track record hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Motivated by commission and performance-based incentives, not just fixed pay
- High accountability — owns outcomes, doesn't need constant oversight
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where process is still being built
- Solid spoken English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus)

Compensation

Base + uncapped commission structure — the more you convert, the more you earn.

Role is open to Part-time & Full-time basis.
