- Performance to support the Real Estate Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales hiring, monitoring daily sales activities, tracking team performance, maintaining MIS reports, following up with sales executives, and ensuring that assigned sales targets and activities are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities 1. Hiring &

- Recruitment Coordination Coordinate with HR for hiring Sales Executives, Telecallers and Field Sales staff. Source and screen candidates through job portals, references and recruitment channels. Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records. Coordinate joining formalities and induction of new sales employees. Maintain daily/weekly hiring status reports. 2.

Sales Team Monitoring

Monitor daily attendance, calls, leads, follow-ups and site visits of sales executives. Track individual and team-wise sales performance. Ensure proper follow-up of all leads and prospective customers. Monitor conversion from leads to site visits and site visits to bookings. Identify low-performing employees and report performance gaps to management. 3.

Performance Management Prepare Daily Sales

Reports, Weekly Performance Reports and Monthly MIS. Track individual targets versus actual achievement.

Monitor KPIs such as: Daily Calls Qualified Leads Site Visits Customer Follow-ups Bookings Revenue Conversion Ratio Share performance updates with Sales Manager/Management. 4.

Sales Coordination





Coordinate between Telecalling, Field Sales, Marketing and Management teams. Ensure leads are distributed properly among sales executives. Follow up on pending customer requirements and site visits. Maintain updated sales pipeline and lead database. Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

- Reporting &
- MIS Maintain Excel/Google Sheets-based sales trackers. Prepare daily attendance and productivity reports. Prepare employee-wise and team-wise performance dashboards. Highlight target gaps and pending follow-ups to management. Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, site visits and bookings.

Required

SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. Good follow-up and coordination skills. Ability to monitor multiple employees and activities. Target-oriented and disciplined approach. Basic understanding of Real Estate Sales. Good reporting and MIS skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred

CandidateGraduate preferred. 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Real Estate, Telecalling, MIS, HR Recruitment or Sales Operations.

Experience handling or monitoring a sales team will be an advantage. Candidates with strong Excel and reporting skills are preferred.
