Asst Manager Sales – Pilates Studio

We are looking for a friendly, proactive Sales Associate to drive client acquisition and retention at our Pilates studio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and set up trial sessions for prospective clients
- Explain class packages, membership options, and pricing clearly
- Assist customers in downloading and using the studio app to manage subscriptions
- Send timely payment reminders and support smooth payment processing
- Collect feedback after trials and follow up to convert prospects into members
- Handle client inquiries (calls, messages, in-person) and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain basic client records and track leads/conversions
- Coordinate with instructors for seamless trial and class bookings





Ideal candidates are organised, customer-focused, and comfortable with light administrative tasks and digital tools. A prior experience of having worked in international call center is essential. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
