Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Sales Associate to join our retail store team. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their requirements, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage with customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eyewear products.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and available options.
- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses, and other eyewear products.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support customers throughout the purchase process and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Generate and explain billing/invoice details to customers.




- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain proper product display and store standards.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Skills & Qualifications

- Customer-oriented attitude with good convincing and selling skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude can also apply.
