Role Description The Senior Sales Associate Healthtech role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves managing the full sales cycle for Drapto’s healthcare operating system, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and preparing proposals for clinics, hospitals, and healthcare groups.

The Senior Sales

Associate will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understand their operational and clinical challenges, and position Drapto’s solutions to address those needs. Day-to-day tasks include pipeline management, sales forecasting, coordinating with product and implementation teams, and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to onboarding.



The role also requires active participation in industry events, gathering market feedback, and contributing to sales strategies that drive growth in the healthtech segment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthtech, SaaS, or healthcare solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong skills in consultative selling, stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing complex deals with clinics, hospitals, or healthcare groups.
- Ability to understand and explain technology solutions, including AI-driven platforms, workflow automation, and analytics in a clear and compelling way.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making to plan and execute sales activities effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.
- High level of ownership, resilience, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience working with hospitals, clinic networks, or healthcare IT systems in the Gurugram/NCR region is preferred.
