Role Description The Sales and Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable customised solutions. The specialist will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, manage order bookings, and ensure accurate and timely coordination with homebakers and delivery partners.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining high service standards, resolving customer issues, and supporting sales targets through effective follow-ups and relationship-building.
The role may also include onboarding new clients and service processes and product offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and support revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to help onboard and guide new team members on systems, processes, and best practices.
- Relevant experience in customer support or sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali, manage multiple orders, and maintain attention to detail.
- Comfort using basic computer tools and CRM or order management systems; prior experience with customer-facing platforms is a plus.
- Minimum educational qualification is bachelor’s degree in business & related field is an advantage.
Salary Rs 20,000- Rs 35000 based on experience
