Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive business growth through active client acquisition. This is an on-the-ground, field-facing role: you will regularly meet clients face-to-face, conduct demonstrations, and guide prospects from initial outreach through final onboarding. (Note: All business travel expenses are fully covered by the company).

Key Responsibilities

- Field Sales & Client Acquisition: Generate leads, schedule meetings, and visit corporate clients, ports, government bodies, and industrial partners to close deals and onboard new accounts.
- Technical Presentations: Demonstrate Seaverse’s products, translate complex engineering capabilities into clear business value, and handle negotiations.
- Proposals & Pipeline:



Coordinate with the technical and management teams to draft quotations, tenders, and proposals while managing the sales pipeline.
- Targeted Marketing: Assist in creating collateral (brochures, case studies) and represent Seaverse at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Key Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or business development (maritime, engineering, or industrial sectors preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable with frequent travel for client meetings and exhibitions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
