We’re looking for motivated people who want hands-on experience working on real client projects, building practical skills, and growing with a fast-moving creative and technology team.

If you’re confident speaking with businesses, understanding their requirements and building relationships, this role is for you.

What you’ll work on:

- Connecting with potential business clients
- Understanding customer requirements and business problems
- Presenting Tanz Corp’s services and solutions
- Handling leads and following up with prospects
- Supporting business negotiations and deal closures
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Updating and managing leads through CRM
- Coordinating with internal creative and technical teams
- Identifying current sales and partnership opportunities

Skills we’re looking for:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with founders, business owners and decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills




- Customer relationship management
- Lead generation and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, branding or technology services
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Good English communication; Marathi/Hindi communication is an advantage

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month + performance-based incentives

Location: Pune — Hybrid
