- Provide quotations, follow-ups & convert enquiries to orders.
- Coordinate with internal & external teams for development & availability.
- Send samples, maintain LR copies, handle trial orders.
- Acknowledge POs, register clients in software.
- Support work order, MRN, PPC & sales order registration.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production & Quality teams.
- Follow up for dispatch, invoices, COA, LR & payments.
- Handle customer specs, NCRs, audits & satisfaction reports
.- Maintain BOM vs Dispatch vs Schedule reports. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
Pay: ₹9,965.57 - ₹50,000.00 per month
