Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day activities that drive creator and brand engagement, including outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves assisting with sales presentations, preparing marketing materials, and supporting campaign execution across digital channels. The intern will help manage customer inquiries, gather feedback, and maintain CRM records to ensure smooth communication and service.

Additional responsibilities include conducting market research,



monitoring competitor activities, and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with creators and brand partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, pipeline tracking, and basic account management activities.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to assist in onboarding creators and brands to the platform and explaining key features clearly.
- Candidates should have proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., CRM software, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and an interest in influencer marketing or the creator economy.
- Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
