Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Basti, responsible for driving retail pharmacy sales and promoting store offerings. This position involves engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products while maintaining excellent customer service standards. The specialist will execute local marketing activities, including in-store promotions, outreach to nearby clinics or hospitals, and basic digital or print campaigns to increase footfall and brand visibility.

Daily tasks include managing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, tracking inventory levels,



and supporting training for team members on sales techniques and customer interaction. The role also includes preparing simple sales reports, monitoring competitor activity, and collaborating with management to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and healthcare partners.
- Candidates should possess core Sales skills, including negotiation, product recommendation, and closing sales in a retail environment.
