Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Assistant role based in Bengaluru. The Sales and Marketing Assistant supports daily store sales activities, including greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations to drive sales. The role includes assisting with in-store promotions, coordinating visual merchandising tasks, and helping implement local marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities also involve gathering customer feedback, supporting basic market research efforts, maintaining accurate sales records,



and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and improve customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
- Customer Service and Sales abilities to support excellent in-store experiences and achieve sales goals.
- Market Research and Sales & Marketing skills to assist in understanding customer trends and executing promotional activities.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and fashion industry trends.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends and peak retail hours as needed.
- Proficiency with MS Office and comfort using point-of-sale and CRM systems.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or marketing is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field preferred.
