? Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business development and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Generate leads and build a strong client pipeline through networking, field visits and market mapping.
- Develop relationships with corporate, industrial, retail, warehouse, institutional and commercial clients.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements and prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Handle negotiations, follow-ups and business closures.
- Develop existing client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain CRM, sales MIS, lead trackers and regular activity reports.




- Coordinate with Operations, HR and Finance teams for smooth client onboarding and service implementation.

? Qualification &
- Experience

- Minimum Graduate from a recognized institution.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & • Marketing/Business Development will be an added advantage.
- 5–7 years of experience in Sales & • Business Development in the Security, Facility Management or Manpower Outsourcing industry.

- Strong understanding of B2B and institutional sales.
- Excellent English & • Hindi communication skills

- Solid negotiation, presentation, networking and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and sales MIS.
- Existing client network in Kolkata/West Bengal will be preferred.
- Result-oriented, self-driven and willing to undertake field visits.
