We are a training and placement company hiring for clients.
Responsibilites
- Prepare sales pro-forma invoices, in line with dispatched quantities and agreed pricing
- Share details for invoicing.
- Reconcile customer accounts, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue payments
- Weekly collection summary reports.
- Process credit notes for returns, short shipments, or quality claims
- Maintain accurate debtors' ledger and assist with monthly statements of account
- Support VAT and other statutory documentation related to sales transactions
- Share fiscalized invoices to all customers.
- Perform monthly balance reconciliations with all credit buyers.
Job Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Job Type: In office/Work from Office only
Monthly Salary: Upto Rs. 40,000/-
Experience: Minimum 2-years in Accounting field
