Job Brief:

Punjabi Fitness is an online coaching brand from Punjab, built for our people — real 1:1 coaching designed around your body, your food and your culture. 18,000+ Lives Impacted across 25+ countries, delivered by coaches, dietitians, and doctors who actually know the person they’re coaching.

As a Sales Executive, you own the journey from first enquiry to enrolment. You’ll speak with people who are nervous, sceptical, or have failed three times before — and you’ll help them choose the right program honestly. Not the most expensive one. The right one.

You’ll guide people across our multiple coaching paths we have — and you’ll work inside our own AI-powered coaching CRM, so your pipeline, follow-ups and numbers are never guesswork.

You’ll sit close to the coaching team and to our founder, Amritpal Singh. What you hear on calls shapes our content, our offers and our programs.

Roles & responsibilities

1. Own enquiry to enrolment: Respond to inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, ads and the website — fast, warm and in the client’s own language. Carry them from first message to confirmed enrolment.
2. Run honest consultation calls: Understand the goal, the medical history, the budget and the past attempts. Then recommend the program that genuinely fits — Transformation, Young Warrior or Quality Life.
3. Follow up on every single lead: No enquiry gets written off as “not worth it.” Every lead gets a structured follow-up sequence until there’s a clear yes or a clear no. Conversion rate is your headline number.
4. Handle objections with knowledge: Price, time, past failures, “will this work for my thyroid?” — answer with real fitness understanding, and loop in a senior coach the moment it turns clinical.
5. Keep the CRM spotless: Log every call, note and stage. Clean pipeline data is how we forecast, how we coach you, and how your incentives get calculated correctly.
6. Hand over to coaching seamlessly:



Onboard the client, collect what the coach needs, and make day one feel as valuable as the sales call did. A sale that doesn’t stick doesn’t count.
7. Drive renewals & referrals: Stay in touch with existing clients, guide them toward longer plans, and turn finished transformations into referrals and stories worth telling.
8. Feed the brand back: You hear every objection before anyone else does. Share those patterns with marketing and coaching so our content, offers and programs keep getting sharper.

Qualification & experience

Must have (Non-negotiables for this role.)

- 2+ years of sales experience in fitness, health, nutrition, wellness, gym or supplements — the same world Punjabi Fitness lives in.
- Real fitness knowledge. Training, nutrition basics, fat loss vs. muscle gain, why a plan must be personalised. Clients can tell within two minutes.
- Genuine passion for the field. This isn’t a stopgap job — health is something you actually care about and ideally live.
- Fluent Punjabi and Hindi, comfortable in English. Our clients span India and 25+ countries.
- Proven closing ability over phone, WhatsApp and video calls — with numbers you can speak to.
- Honesty under target pressure. We never over-promise a result or oversell a package. Ever.
- Graduate in any discipline, comfortable with a CRM, WhatsApp Business and basic spreadsheets.

Good to have (Not required — but they’ll move you up the list.)

- Certification in personal training, nutrition or dietetics (ACE, ISSA, K11, NASM or equivalent).
- Experience selling online coaching or subscription programs, not just gym memberships.
- Your own fitness journey — a transformation you’ve lived makes every call more credible.
- Exposure to NRI / diaspora clients and working across time zones.
- Comfort on camera for testimonials, lives or short-form content.
- Familiarity with lead automation, ManyChat or a modern sales CRM.
