Rubber Testing Executive We are looking for a Rubber Testing Executive to support rubber testing, compound development, production planning, and quality activities across the KDJ Group.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct raw material and rubber compound testing as per Quality Plans. Coordinate rubber compound requirements and mixing plans with Production. Analyse rejection, rework, kneader and mixing mill reports.
Manage rubber and rubber chemical inventory and procurement coordination. Support current compound development and optimization of cost and properties . Maintain MIS for testing, inventory, compound development and rejection analysis.
Follow ISO, 5S and quality systems. Participate in job rotation across Production, Planning and QA functions.
Qualification: B. Sc. / M.
Sc Chemistry or equivalent Location: Pune, Maharashtra Scope: Responsibilities may extend across all companies of the KDJ Group.
