Responsibilities Hands-on experience in operating and programming welding robots, preferably IGM, Cloos, or FANUC . Knowledge of TCP setting and robot calibration . Feed and position parts correctly for robotic welding operations.

Monitor welding quality and identify/correct defects such as cold lap, porosity, and undercut . Perform daily robot maintenance, including cleaning and checking for loose connections. Carry out welding processes as per defined production and quality standards.

Hands-on experience in heavy welding . Basic troubleshooting of robotic welding equipment and processes.

Technical Competencies

Hands-on experience in robot operation, teaching, and program correction . Knowledge of TCP and calibration . Ability to read and understand engineering drawings . Hands-on experience in MIG welding . Knowledge of welding processes and defect identification. Basic troubleshooting skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office .
