Role Overview: We're hiring a skilled robotic welding operator to handle welding operations on structural fabrication and PEB components, ensuring consistent weld quality and production output.
Key Responsibilities: Set up, program (or load pre-set programs), and operate robotic welding equipment Inspect welds for quality, consistency, and adherence to specs Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Coordinate with fabrication team on job sequencing Report machine faults or downtime promptly Follow all safety protocols for welding operations Requirements: 2+ years hands-on experience with robotic/automated welding systems Understanding of welding parameters for MS structural components Ability to read fabrication drawings Basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting ability Steel/PEB fabrication background preferred
