Role Description The Revit Architectural BIM Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. The technician will develop and manage detailed Revit models, including architectural, structural, and building services elements, ensuring accurate coordination and compliance with project standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing construction drawings, updating documentation based on design changes, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and site teams to resolve coordination issues.

The role also involves supporting BIM workflows, maintaining model integrity,



and contributing to quality control for project deliverables. The technician will work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and support effective communication between design and construction teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), with hands-on experience using Revit for architectural projects.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination, including integration of MEP elements within BIM models.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings, ensuring clarity and constructability for on-site teams.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Building Services and their integration into architectural and structural designs.
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Structural Engineering principles to support accurate modeling and coordination.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software beyond Revit (e.g., AutoCAD, Navisworks) is beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred, with relevant experience in architectural BIM production.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and commitment to meeting project timelines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow and implement project standards and protocols.
