Job Summary

We are looking for a Rider – Marketing Support to assist the marketing team of our automobile workshop with field visits, customer follow-ups, promotional activities, document collection, and local marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit nearby companies, offices, residential areas, societies, and commercial locations for workshop marketing activities.
- Support the marketing team in distributing pamphlets, brochures, visiting cards, and promotional material.
- Visit existing and potential customers for lead generation and follow-ups.
- Collect customer information and share leads with the marketing/service team.
- Assist in organizing local promotional and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with customers for vehicle-related service requirements.
- Collect and deliver documents, quotations, invoices, or other workshop-related materials when required.
- Support the workshop team in vehicle pickup/drop and customer coordination, if required.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads,



and customer interactions.
- Ensure marketing materials are properly distributed and maintained.
- Travel within the assigned local area for business activities.
- Perform other field-related duties assigned by the Marketing Manager/Workshop Manager.

Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Good knowledge of local routes and nearby areas.
- Basic communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Maps.
- Energetic, punctual, and willing to travel locally.
- Previous experience in automobile workshop, field marketing, sales, delivery, or customer service will be an advantage.
