Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational workflow across Revenue Operations
- Perform accurate and timely data entry, modifications, and process support tasks in Salesforce and related systems
- Maintain CRM hygiene including data validation and cleansing
- Monitor and triage sales support requests, escalating issues when required
- Provide QA support for Salesforce changes including territory assignments and account structure updates
- Assist devOps Managers and Analysts with bulk uploads, report refreshes, case management and pipeline accuracy
- Distribute weekly sales activity reports for leadership visibility
- Validate data for Salesforce updates and system enhancements
- Support territory changes and commission-related adjustments
- Maintain documentation for completed operational tasks for audit and tracking
- Handle special projects and ad-hoc requests across Revenue Operations
