We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Revenue Executive who can support pricing strategies, forecasting, market analysis, and revenue optimization activities. The role focuses on maximizing hotel revenue opportunities through effective inventory management, distribution strategies, and business performance analysis.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

✔ Support pricing strategies and revenue optimization activities to maximize business performance

✔ Monitor room rates,



occupancy trends, ADR, RevPAR and market demand patterns

✔ Assist in demand forecasting, budgeting and revenue planning activities

✔ Manage and monitor online distribution channels, OTAs and booking platforms

✔ Analyze competitor pricing, market trends and business opportunities

✔ Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Reservations and Operations teams for revenue growth

✔ Prepare revenue reports, performance analysis and business insights

✔ Ensure accurate inventory, rate plans and promotional updates across platforms

? Candidate Criteria:

✔ Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Hotel Management, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred

✔ Freshers with hospitality education may apply

✔ Basic understanding of hotel operations and revenue concepts

✔ Knowledge of PMS, Channel Manager or OTA platforms will be an advantage

✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis

✔ Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

✔ Good communication and presentation skills

✔ Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
