Store Manager – Retail

Job Details:

Location: PMC, Kurla, Mumbai

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with 1 weekly off. Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be working days.

Reporting To: Offline Revenue Lead

Preferred Location: Candidates staying in Kurla and nearby areas are preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Store Manager to take ownership of the overall store performance, operations, customer experience and team management.

The role is based at PMC, Kurla, Mumbai, and we are preferably looking for candidates who reside in and around Kurla or nearby areas and can comfortably commute to the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Develop strategies to increase customer footfall, conversion and store profitability.
- Lead, train, motivate and mentor the store team.




- Ensure an excellent customer experience and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, administration and compliance.
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising and brand standards.
- Monitor sales trends, customer preferences and store performance.
- Track key store metrics and share regular performance reports.
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve sales and customer retention.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in retail, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Proven experience in managing store sales, operations and teams.
- Solid leadership and people-management skills.
- Customer-focused and sales-driven approach.
- Good understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with a fashion, lifestyle or D2C brand will be an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in Kurla or nearby areas will be preferred.
- Someone who is energetic, responsible and excited to grow with a fast-paced brand.
