Job Summary
We are looking for a agile Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain inventory and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve store sales targets and business goals.
- Manage daily store operations and staff performance.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and complaint resolution.
- Monitor inventory, stock audits, and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store standards.
- Prepare sales and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in retail sales and store operations.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
