Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Requirements

3–8 years of experience in retail store management

Solid leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Experience in achieving sales and operational KPIs
