About the Role

Stark Pharma is looking for a skilled Resume Writer / Technical Writer to create, update, and customize professional resumes and technical content for candidates across the Pharma, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, and Biotechnology industries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and good knowledge of resume writing, technical documentation, ATS optimization, and industry-specific terminology.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and update professional resumes based on candidate experience and job requirements.
- Customize resumes according to job descriptions and client requirements.
- Prepare and edit technical and professional content.
- Understand technical skills, projects, and industry terminology.
- Identify relevant keywords from job descriptions.
- Highlight candidate skills, achievements, and responsibilities effectively.
- Ensure resumes and documents are accurate, clear, professional, and ATS-friendly.
- Coordinate with recruiters and candidates to collect required information.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity,



and consistency.
- Maintain professional formatting and documentation standards.
- Handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Resume Writing, Technical Writing, Recruiting, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of professional resume writing and technical documentation.
- Good knowledge of ATS-friendly resume practices and keyword optimization.
- Good knowledge of job descriptions and keyword identification.
- Valuable knowledge of Pharma, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, and Biotechnology terminology.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and professional document formatting.
- Good understanding of U.S. recruitment and staffing requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience preparing resumes or technical documents for Pharma, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Clinical, QA, Regulatory, Validation, Engineering, Manufacturing, and R&D; professionals will be preferred.
