Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and handle complaints professionally.
- Monitor reservations, table allocation, service standards, and guest feedback.
- Drive sales through upselling and suggestive selling.
- Control food, beverage, labour costs, wastage, and inventory.
- Coordinate closely with the Chef and kitchen team.
- Ensure hygiene, grooming, safety, and SOP compliance.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, POS, and operational reports.
- Support events, promotions, and VIP guest requirements.
Ideal Candidate: Solid leadership, communication, guest-handling, and restaurant operations skills with a passion for premium hospitality.
