Preferred Eligibility Criteria

- Degree / Certification: Certified Yoga Teacher (200/500-hour RYT or degree in Yoga Science/Naturopathy) from a reputed institution.
- Expertise: Proven mastery in Yoga (Asana, Pranayama), with a strong foundational understanding of Sound Healing, Meditation, Naturopathy, and therapeutic Yoga.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience conducting yoga and meditation sessions, preferably within luxury wellness resorts, retreats, or high-end centers.
- Location & Lifestyle: Full-time, on-site resident role. Must reside on the sanctuary grounds (complete 24-hour executive accommodation and food provided).

- Designation: Resident Yoga Trainer & Holistic Facilitator
- Location: Om Kalyanam Santhigiri Sanctuary (In office)
- Reporting to: Head of Yoga & Naturopathy
- Type: Full-time Resident Role
- Accommodation: Luxury in office 24-hour food and executive accommodation provided

- Salary Range: ₹23,000 to ₹35,000++ per month (Commensurate with experience and caliber)

- Instruction & Guidance: Lead group and 1-on-1 therapeutic Yoga, Pranayama, and guided meditation sessions tailored to guest needs under the leadership of the Head of Yoga & Naturopathy.
- Sound & Energy Healing: Facilitate sound bath meditation and relaxation sessions using sound healing tools and frequency techniques.
- Naturopathic Support: Assist in implementing basic Naturopathy routines, hydrotherapy alignment, and lifestyle orientation for retreat guests.
- Guest Engagement: Interact warmly with high-net-worth guests,



explaining the physiological and energetic benefits of conscious breathwork and movement.
- Shala Maintenance: Maintain pristine cleanliness, peaceful ambiance, and proper setup of the Yoga Shala, sound instruments, and meditation equipment.

Must-Have Skills & Qualities

- Strong command over classical and therapeutic Yoga, breathwork (Pranayama), and guided meditation modalities.
- Working knowledge and practical understanding of Sound Healing, Naturopathic therapies, and subtle energy systems.
- Exceptional poise, warmth, and communication skills to connect with HNWIs, NRIs, and international travelers.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- High level of personal physical fitness, mental discipline, and spiritual grounding.
