- Manage a portfolio of 250-300 customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Offer banking products and 360 financial solutions.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Cross-sell and up-sell banking products.
- Understand customer needs and identify business opportunities.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Adhere to bank policies and compliance guidelines.
