Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely repayment of home loans and mortgages.
- Identify new business opportunities through DSA (Direct Sales Agent) channels for affordable housing financing products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to housing finance services.
- Develop strategies to increase sales revenue by cross-selling other financial products such as insurance policies.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Robust understanding of affordable housing, home finance, and mortgage loans.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
