Job Summary The Relationship Manager in Suryapet will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable products and services to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and nurture lasting relationships with current and existing clients in the Suryapet region.

Proactively identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate financial products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and insurance.

Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their financial portfolios, provide updates, and address any concerns.

Achieve individual and team sales targets for various banking products.

Prepare and present financial proposals and solutions tailored to client requirements.

Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and professionally.

Job Qualifications

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
