Job Summary The Relationship Manager - Secured Direct is responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, providing expert advice on secured lending products, and driving business growth through direct sales efforts.

Job Responsibilities

Proactively identify, originate, and cultivate new secured direct lending opportunities with individuals and businesses.

Manage a portfolio of existing secured direct clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients, recommending appropriate secured lending solutions (e.g., mortgages, asset-backed loans, lines of credit).

Structure and negotiate loan terms, ensuring they align with company policies and client needs.

Prepare and present detailed credit proposals and applications for review and approval.

Collaborate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of lending transactions.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats.





Achieve individual and team sales targets for secured direct lending products.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales pipelines within the CRM system.

Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and internal policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management or direct sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on secured lending.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

In-depth knowledge of various secured lending products, credit principles, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., NMLS) may be required.
